NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- Famed Forensic Scientist Dr. Henry Lee is back in Connecticut after a recent seven country lecture tour.
News 8 caught up with Dr. Lee at Beecher Magnet School in New Haven where he spoke to fifth through eighth grade students in the 'Talented and Gifted' program.
He is also pretty busy solving cold cases across the country and here in Connecticut.
"Last year, helping different police departments solve 18 cold cases. Of course 18 looks like a small number but those 18 families are so grateful. They've been waiting, some wait 30 years, looking for answers, they almost give up," said Dr. Lee.
Dr. Lee stressed to students the importance of studying hard in class to achieve success in the real world.
