Four shot in New Haven

No arrests made

New Haven (WTNH) - New Haven police are investigating two overnight shootings that left four people injured, including a teenage girl from Hamden. 

The first shooting was reported around 12:30am on Grand Avenue. The 17-year old teenage girl from Hamden was shot once in the calf. Police have not made any arrests in the case. The victim is in stable condition at an area hospital.

A triple shooting also happened on Grand Avenue just before 4am. Police say two gunmen climbed onto the roof of a first floor apartment and fired as many as 20 rounds from an assault rifle into a second floor apartment, striking two men and a woman. All have non-life threatening injuries. No arrests have been made.
