NORTH HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- A fundraiser is being held Saturday night in North Haven to help the family of a teenager whose life was tragically cut short.

Last month, 16-year-old Connor Kusmit was biking home from Walgreens when he was hit and killed by a car on Clintonville Road.

He had just started his junior year of high school.

The community has come together to help the family. They're holding a pasta supper Saturday at the North Haven High School, from 4:30 to 7 p.m.

Adults are $12, students are $7, and children under 5 are free.
