Landscaper attacked with weedwhacker

Orange, Conn. (WTNH) - Police in Orange say two landscapers got into an argument and it ended with one being injured by a weedwhacker.

It happened Tuesday morning at a home on Orange Center Road.

The victim was hospitalized for a head injury.

The accused, 54-year old Ramiro Avila, has been charged with second degree assault. He's being held on a $7,500 bond and is due in court on May 9.
