New Haven, Conn. (WTNH) - The fight to save the life of a Yale women's hockey player continues. Mandi Schwartz has leukemia and is in dire need of a bone marrow transplant.
Her teammates and other Yale athletes have organized drives to find a match to save her life.
No perfect match has been found yet, but she is receiving a transplant in August with a close match they can only hope helps.
There is still time to become a donor. You might be the match she needs to live.
Contact marrow.org to become a potential donor, or visit the Become Mandi's Hero Facebook page to offer support.
