NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- Nearly a month after she was reported missing, police confirm 15-year-old Leah Jackson has been found.

According to the New Haven Independent , she was found at a friend's house on Edgewood Avenue in New Haven on Monday afternoon.

Jackson was reports missing on July 28. Her family told News 8 that she was last seen when someone picked her from her house in Fair Haven Heights.

Leah's Facebook account was deleted and her mother told News 8 it's not like Leah to not stay in touch.
