NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- A missing two-year-old boy was found safe Wednesday morning, police said.
A silver alert had been issued for two-year-old Paulie Martone and his father, 37-year-old Paulie Martone, who were last seen on January 3rd.
Paulie was found safe Wednesday morning and appears to be healthy and unharmed. Police said he spent time eating a hamburger and fries at the New Haven Police Department Wednesday.
His living situation will be evaluated by DCF.
A silver alert remains in effect for his father. Police said Martone is a white man, 5'9" tall, 210 lbs, with receding brown hair and brown eyes.
Police said martone has psychiatric issues and has an active arrest warrant for probation violation.
