New Haven, Conn. (New Haven Independent) - New Haven gets a new top cop today who speaks English, Spanish—and the language of street gangs.
New Haven will be hearing about that at a press conference this afternoon at City Hall, when Mayor John DeStefano is expected to announce the appointment of Frank Limon.
Limon is currently the police chief of River Forest, Illinois. He spent most of his career—30 years—on the Chicago force.
