Waterbury, Conn. (AP) - A Connecticut nurse who police say was caught on video abusing a 63-year-old quadriplegic man is set to be arraigned at Waterbury Superior Court.

Forty-two-year-old Tammy Labrecque of Waterbury is set to appear in court Tuesday to face charges of cruelty to persons and breach of peace. She has been free since posting $2,500 bail following her
arrest March 14.

Authorities say a video system installed in the patient's home by his conservator recorded Labrecque throwing the patient onto the bed, cursing at him, hitting him and threatening to break his finger.

Labrecque didn't return a message left at her home and it's unclear if she's hired an attorney.
