PELHAM, N.Y. (CT Post) - A 41-year-old Waterbury man is facing a terrorism charge after police said he threatened Metro-North passengers Monday on a New York-bound New Haven line train, according to Metro-North spokesman Aaron Donovan.
The man's name was not immediately released.
Metro-North police charged him with making a terrorist threat, obstructing governmental administration and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was held at Westchester County Jail without bail and is due in court in Pelham Thursday at 6 p.m.
The 12:57 p.m. train was headed from New Haven to Grand Central Terminal.
