Rebuilding after Naugatuck flooding

NAUGATUCK, Conn. (WTNH) -- Exactly one week ago, a number of homes and businesses in Naugatuck were seriously damaged when six inches of rain came down.
Just as fast as it came down, a local church banned together to start building back a loss they say is too unbelievable to put into words.
