Refunds coming from Wolcott wedding venue

(WTNH) -- A Wolcott wedding venue that went out of business will make good on its promises to refund its customers' deposits.

News 8 was first to report that the Lily Lake Inn in Wolcott is closing its doors for good on May 31.

But people who booked events after that date receieved a letter in the mail from the owner saying he would send refunds as soon as possible.

The bride who contacted News 8 about the problem tells us she has received her one thousand dollar deposit back.
