School bus crashes in Madison, no one hurt

MADISON, Conn. (AP) — A school bus carrying 23 high school students collided with a car in Madison, but town officials say no one was injured.

Officials say the bus was headed to Daniel Hand High School on Friday morning when the accident happened on Green Hill Road near Ridge Road.

School officials say no injuries were reported, and all the students on the bus were examined by a school nurse.

Officials say the school bus driver has been with the bus company for 11 years and has a clean driving record.

The cause of the accident isn't clear. Police are investigating.
