NEW HAVEN, Conn. (CTPost.com) -- A man who shot and killed his brother outside their family's business Monday morning apparently had been forced out of the company following a dispute, investigators say.
Investigators said a business dispute between the siblings had been simmering, and Daniel Shwisha, 47, had been ousted from the business, according to an Associated Press report.
It was unclear when Daniel Shwisha had been forced out.
