Southbury man washes ashore in FL

SOUTHBURY, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Southbury man washed ashore in Florida on Wednesday morning.

Jay Harper, 47, of 27 Sleepy Hill Rd in Southbury, was found shortly after 3 a.m. at Deerfield Beach.

Homicide detective are investigating.

No other information is being released.
