MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Instead of a sleigh it was a school bus people filled with toys in Milford today.
Folks from the Durham School Services took the wheel to make sure everyone has a toy filled holiday. They took unwrapped toys and donations at Milford's Stop and Shop. Then the fire department helps plays Santa.
One school bus driver says it's their fifth year and the need is great especially because of the storm this year.
"It's tremendous," bus driver Phyllis Martin said. "We gather around and we take the toys to our drop off point and it's just very gratifying to help."
If you know someone who lives in Milford who needs help with toys this holiday call the Milford Fire department at 203.874-6321.
Take a look at some of the Report It photos we received in November, 2012.
