WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) -- After the blizzard wiped out school days in Waterbury, students are finally back at their desks.
News 8 went to Waterbury's John F. Kennedy High School where they had six days off and then two holidays this week.
The Principal says with state tests looming, teachers say they feel a lot of pressure to cover ground.
"It's good," said Principal Robert Johnston. "It's a relief, but it's like we have a lot to accomplish. So it's hurry up and let's get down to business."
He says many kids came up to him saying it was good to be back in the swing of things.
