Mystic, Conn. (WTNH) - The State Department of Transportation is sharing it's plans Thursday night to rebuild a bridge wiped out in the March Flooding.
The state is getting federal funds to replace the Route 184 bridge in Mystic. However, they want to make it larger instead of re-bulilding as it once stood.
The project will cost around $2 million. FEMA is picking up 80 percent of the tab. A public meeting took place underway at the Hoxie Firehouse at 7 p.m. so area residents can learn about the project.
