Power returns to Colchester

COLCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) -- Over 2,000 CL&P customers in Colchester were in the dark Monday morning after a huge power outage.
2,320 outages were reported Monday morning; that means one third of CL&P customers in that town were without power.
By noon, all but one customer had their power turned back on.
There is still no word on what caused the outages.
