Police search for 32-year-old North Stonington man

NORTH STONINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) -- A silver alert has been issued for a 32-year-old man from North Stonington.

Timothy Oakley was last seen wearing a black winter jacket, blue jeans and white Nike shoes.

He may be operating a Grey 2007 Hyundai Sonata with a Connecticut license plate 937-REW.

Police say Oakley has a history of psychiatric episodes.

He has red hair, blue eyes, is 6'2'' and weighs 155 lbs.
