The Griswold skate park is becoming a place of vandalism and drug use. Some folks are out skating until 4 a. m., so the decision to shut the park lights off early has been made.
"It seems like everybody doesn't care, and they need to care because the kids need to have a good time, and they need to get off drugs," said Lucas Simon of Griswold.

Aubin is hoping to establish neighborhood watches.
"At all times a child or any individual can approach us and ask us questions and concerns," said Adam Chittack, resident State Trooper.
