Silver Alert for elderly Waterford man

WATERFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police have issued a Silver Alert for an elderly man from Waterford.

Shephard Linscott, 83, was last seen on Wednesday wearing a maroon sweat shirt and navy blue slacks.

Linscott has grey hair, blue eyes, is 5'7'' and weighs 170 lbs. He wears glasses and has a tattoo on his left shoulder.

Linscott has a medical condition.

He likes to walk in places with a water view or beach areas.
