LEDYARD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police are investigating after a bullet was found in a Ledyard Center School classroom Tuesday.
Dr. Michael Graner, Superintendent of Ledyard, said the bullet was found on the floor of a fourth grade classroom by a student.
After it was brought to the attention of the principal and superintendent, all of the children in the classroom were interviewed. None of the students knew anything about the bullets.
Parents of the children in the classroom have all since been notified.
The incident was turned over to Ledyard police.
