Three people stabbed during a fight in Mashantucket

MASHANTUCKET, Conn. (WTNH)-- Three people were stabbed after a fight broke out in a gathering of about 100 people in Mashantucket, on Sunday morning.

State police say they responded to a disturbance around 1:55 AM at Ephraims Path Ledyard. An unknown suspect brandished a knife and three people were stabbed.

Police were able to secure the scene and the victims were taken to W.W. Backus Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

The incident is still under investigation.
