Bridgeport (AP) - Bridgeport police are investigating the city's first homicide of
2009.
Police say 25-year-old Keishon Johnson was shot in the chest
early Thursday while walking home from a New Year's Eve party. He
died at St. Vincent's Medical Center.
Detectives say Johnson was shot by a man with whom he had a confrontation, and they are looking into possible suspects. No arrests had been announced as of Friday morning.
An autopsy is scheduled Friday.
