Middletown (AP) - Middletown police say two people have been wounded in a drive-by shooting.

Police got a call late Thursday about shots fired in the area of High Street and Erin Street. Police found two people with gunshot wounds.

Police say the two victims were treated at the scene then taken to a hospital for treatment. Their injuries don't appear to be life threatening.

Police say the shots were fired from a moving car as the two victims were walking on the street.

Police are looking for a dark colored car with damage to the passenger side rear window.
