Noah may have grown up in California, but when he came to Connecticut, it was like coming home.
He was born in Queens, New York, but his parents, native New Yorkers, decided not to raise their children in New York. So when Noah was 4 years old, the family packed up and traveled the country for two years before settling down in a remote area of Southeastern San Diego County.
Noah attended the University of California in Santa Barbara where he became an editor for his college newspaper. Before landing his first full-time position in television news, he worked as a news reporter for the Ventura Today newspaper and a traffic reporter for KTMS Newsradio.
Eventually, Noah moved into television full time as the Sports Director of the ABC station in Santa Barbara, KEYT, where he was awarded for his work with an Emmy award, seven Associated Press awards and five Golden Mike awards.
He then moved to Austin, Texas to work as a sports reporter/anchor for the CBS affiliate KEYE. Two years later, Noah came home to work at News 8.
