Arrest made in fatal hit
and run

Montville (WTNH) - Police have arrested a man from Oakdale responsible for a deadly hit and run accident near Mohegan Sun.
The accident happened back in April at the intersection of Route 32 and Sandy Desert Road in Montville.
The victim, Fu Quan Liu, died a couple of weeks later at the hospital.
Jeffrey Socha, 21, has been charged with misconduct with a motor vehicle, evading responsibility and failure to obey a traffic signal.
