Man charged in brother's
death

Southbury (WTNH) - Police say the have charged a Warren man in the shooting death of his brother.
Stephen Throckmorton, 19, was arrested Wednesday on manslaughter charges.
Ronald Throckmorton was shot to death at the family's home on White Birch Road in Southbury on Monday.
The search for Stephen sparked an intensive man hunt and school lockdowns after his car was spotted in Warren after the shooting.
