    Hartford (WTNH) - Police are asking for the public's assistance to help find a missing West Hartford woman who may have a mental disorder.

    Robin Ellison, 18, was last seen Monday night on Albany Avenue in Hartford. Police believe she has bipolar disorder.

    Ellison is a black female, 5'10" tall, 250 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black Capri pants, a fur-trimmed green military jacket and black and white sneakers.

    Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Robin Ellison is asked to contact HPD Sergeant Rob Davis at 757-4256 or JID Detective Ivy Arroyo at 757-4236.
