HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - Connecticut officials are opening an election hotline to respond to possible problems at the polls during municipal primaries scheduled Tuesday.
Secretary of the State Denise Merrill and the State Elections Enforcement Commission are opening the Election Day hotline and are providing an email alert contact for voters if they encounter problems casting ballots.
