Tolland, Conn. (WTNH) - Icy roads may have been to blame for a school bus going off a road in Tolland Wednesday morning.

Police say the First Student bus was driving south on South River Road near Walbridge Hill Road when the bus slid on an icy spot.

The left side of the bus hit a mailbox and a utility pole.

None of the three students on board nor the bus driver were injured in the incident.

Police say the damage was minor.
