Police investigating Bolton robbery

Bolton, Conn. (WTNH) - State police are currently investigating a robbery at a Bolton package store that occurred shortly before 4:30 PM Friday.

According to police, the suspect showed a hunting knife and demanded cash from the register be put into a green shopping bag.  The suspect left the store on foot and was seen getting into a black Nissan Maxima that was parked in the back of the store with no marker plate.  The vehicle was seen traveling west on route 6 and 44 towards Manchester.  The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police are looking for a white male, approximately 5'10", weighing 200 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, dark ski mask, light colored sweat pants, and dark shoes.  Anyone with information are asked to call state police at 860-537-7500.
