Trucks collide, closing I-84 in Willington

Willington, Conn. (WTNH) - Two tractor trailers collided and one caught on fire on I-84 in Willington, closing down one side of the highway.

The crash happened around 3:30 on the eastbound side of the highway between Exits 69-70.

Report It photos sent to News 8 show the fiery aftermath of the collision, which destroyed the cab of one truck.

A Lifestar helicopter was called in to take one person to Hartford Hospital.
