Victim plunges 40 feet at local park

VERNON, Conn. (WTNH) -- A victim, who fell 40 feet at Valley Falls Park, was injured on Saturday.

Officials say that the incident happened late Saturday afternoon when a person at the park fell about 40 feet.

There were no further details on the extent of the injuries or why the person fell.
