Pomfret teen reported missing

POMFRET, Conn. (WTNH) -- A silver alert has been issued for a missing teen from Pomfret.
Seventeen-year-old Amelia Trafton was reported missing on January 7th. She was last seen at Hyde Boarding School in Pomfret.
Trafton is described as a white female, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 5'5" tall and weighs approximately 130 lbs.
She was last seen wearing black boots, blue jeans, black jacket, gray long sleeve shirt, black beanie cap, black eye glasses, and carrying a black backpack.
Half of her head is shaved, the other half is neck length.
