Rockin' Shrimp & Blue Cheese Sauce

New Haven (WTNH) - Fleming's Vintage Rock Wine Dinner features their signature food and wines crafted with the creative vision of real wine-loving people and Rock "N" Roll legends.

Two exclusive wines will be presented at the dinner: Mick Fleetwood Private Cellar Riesling made by Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac and Doobie Red created by Bruce Cohn who, in addition to having managed The Doobie Brothers for 35 year, is also the owner of the acclaimed B.R Cohn Winery.

Chef Christian Schunmann from Fleming's in West Hartford was here this morning to cook one of the signature dishes on the menu: Rockin' Shrimp & Blue Cheese Sauce.
