Unique chocolate Christmas creations

(WTNH) - It just wouldn't be the holidays without chocolate; from candy houses to nativity scenes, to Santa pops and cookies.

Roy Tidmarsh from Tidmarsh's Cakes and Candies Shop in Ansonia, shares some of his unique chocolate creations.

A few of those chocolate creations include; a completely decorated chocolate house, a nativity scene made completely from white chocolate and some other gift items which Tidmarsh creates each year.

Tidmarsh, an honor graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, opened up shop in 1974.

Having learned the art of cake decorating from his mother, together they started selling party and occasion cakes. The business steadily grew and expanded into the wonderful world of chocolates and candies.
