Decorate your home for fall

(WTNH) -- Fall is here and it's the perfect time to start decorating your home for the changing seasons.

Tracy Pascarella of Your Florist in Clinton, CT shares some great home decor ideas for the autumn season.

Tracy says annual and perennial plants can be used to fill containers and window boxes for fall decoration. "The great thing about using perennials in container planting is they can be added to your homes landscape, and will bloom year after year," she explains.

Pumpkins are iconic when it comes to fall and they will look cute on your front step, but they also can be combined with the container plantings to add a pop of color. This is especially the case if your summer planters still look good, but have a few gaps to fill in.
