(WTNH) - Did you know being hungry and craving sweets are two main reasons people fall off their diets; but what if you could lose up to one pound a day by eating chocolate everyday plus boost your metabolism, and not have to exercise.

Fitness Expert Lisa Lynn says you can.

Lynn says there are no complicated recipes to make or expensive shopping trips, all you have to do is eat chocolate every day.

The following are benefits of the Chocolate Metabolic Boosting Diet:

  • Burns 20 percent more fat than other ordinary diets.
  • Suppresses your appetite and crushes cravings.
  • Boosts your metabolism 25 to 45 percent.
  • Tricks your body into acting like a thin person.
  • Reduces cellulite.
  • Tighter, leaner, more toned body without exercise.
  • Lose weight and burn fat while you're asleep.
  • Boosts energy.
  • Increases health, lowers blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar.

However, Lynn says that not all chocolate is created equal. If you are eating a high quality chocolate, rather than your typical sweet milk chocolate you can boost your metabolism 25 to 40 percent. Lynn says to aim for chocolate that is 70 percent pure cocoa.
