WTNH-- Author and illustrator, Hannah Perry is committed to children of all ages.

As the owner of the "Giggling Pig Art Studio" in Shelton, Perry gives children the tools to be as creative as their hearts desire. She does this while working to make kids feel confident and happy when they leave her studio.

Perry was here to talk about her work and introduce us to some of the kids she works with.

She also discussed a "Hearts for Newtown" event that is looking for artists to create 26 wooden hearts for display to benefit the families of Sandy Hook.
