(WTNH) - "HolyLand The Movie" is an independent film that tells the fictional tale of a modern day mafia, but never once does the film glorify crime to win over its audience.
Written and directed by Waterbury native Myles DuBay, the indie was also shot entirely in Waterbury and features several of the city's prominent landmarks.
The expected release date for HolyLand The Movie is October 2012 set to premier at the Waterbury Palace. From there it will be played at theaters throughout the state such as the Warner Theater in Torrington, Shubert Theater in New Haven, as well as various movie theaters before being entered in film festivals throughout the Eastcoast.
