(WTNH) - We all know the story, every December 31st we promise that the new year will be different and then a few days later we fall down on our resolutions. Maybe you just need the old "one-two punch."

In her book, "Oasis in the Overwhelm," life coach Millie Grenough shows us how to weather any storm, including those new year's solutions.

Rather than making a bunch of resolutions, Grenough says to give it the old "one-two punch," by asking yourself two simple questions: What am I willing to do to make myself happier and healthier in 2012? What am I willing to do to "happify" the world?
