Kicking off Restaurant Week 2012

(WTNH) -- Connecticut restaurants are kicking off 2012's Restaurant Week starting on Monday, October 8th.

Across the state, more than 100 restaurants and eateries across the state are participating this year.

The week-long celebration "provides diners with a unique opportunity to go out and enjoy a great meal at a great price," said Nicole Griffin, Executive Director of Connecticut Restaurant Association.
