The following information was provided by our guest:

Kim DeYoung is the original Metromom - a driven, evolving woman committed to caring for her family, nurturing her career and achieving success on her own terms. Dynamic, creative and eminently entrepreneurial, Kim is the founder of Metromom.com and The Metromom Entrepreneurs Association. Kim left a career in the fashion industry to design a work/life balance on her own terms and now helps other women do the same.

Metromom is more than just a brand. It's a tangible extension of Kim, reflecting her values and passions. After working in direct sales as a highly successful representative of Melaleuca, Kim went on to create an interactive online community at Metromom.com. This site is for entrepreneurial moms who want to further their learning, connect with other like-minded women and promote themselves.

In striving for her own success, Kim is still very focused on the success of others. This led to her involvement in Ladies Who Launch - an organization that fosters creativity and entrepreneurship for women. Kim hosts the Incubator Program in her own community in New Haven, Connecticut.

Kim's journey over the last twenty years has been enriched by her belief that the world is full of opportunities for personal growth but it's how we react to these opportunities that matters. It is now with complete clarity that she combines her experiences in business, coaching, direct sales, connecting and parenting to offer women the resources and support they need.
