Life can be stressful. You may have family issues, work worries or financial concerns. But did you know stress can negatively impact your health? Reducing stress can improve your health. And author Millie Grenough has written a book to do just that. She joined us Sunday on Good Morning Connecticut.

"Oasis in the Overwhelm - 28 Day Guide to Rewire Your Brain from Chaos to Calm" provides strategies to find balance in life. Grenough says the strategies are easy to learn, take only 60 seconds to do and can truly re-wire your brain.

The book is basically a workbook which takes you step-by-step through 28 days to a more calm life. It teaches stress management techniques, breathing excercises and new approaches to dealing with problems.

You can find more information on the book at the website www.oasisintheoverwhelm.com .
