Prepare a Citrus Summer Salad

Here is her recipe for "Wendy's Citrus Summer Salad":
1 Box of Prewashed Arugula
1 Head of Romaine
2 large chicken breasts Grilled
1 Container Strawberries Hulled and Sliced
1 Can Mandarin Orange Segments
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Stick Butter
Dressing
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade
Roast Pecans in Butter and BrWendy's Citrus Summer Salad
1 Box of Prewashed Arugula
1 Head of Romaine

1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Stick Butter
Dressing
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade

Roast the pecans in butter and brown sugar for approximately two minutes or just browned. Toss the salad with strawberries and oranges and roasted nuts. Arrange chicken slices on top and dress.
Wendy's secret is to serve with a fresh loaf of French bread and just baked chocolate chip cookies (refrigerator dough!).
