(WTNH) -- A local writer has published a children's book to benefit dog rescue.
Teresa Pelham, who is a columnist for the Hartford Courant, wrote "Roxy's Forever Home."
This book is a true story of a little brown Tennessee dog whose life was saved by Southern dog rescuers, a kind veterinarian, a welcoming foster family and the family that ultimately brought her to her forever home.
