(WTNH) -- SARAH Inc., based in Guilford, is a non-profit with a mission. The agency helps people with intellectual and other disabilities to live as independently as possible, and it partners with businesses to find jobs and a paycheck for its unique workforce.

News 8 spoke with director Pat Bourne and Maryellen Weaving, who recently received her first paycheck.
