WTNH-- It's estimated that 31 million Americans skip breakfast, but skipping breakfast is one of the surest ways to gain weight and slow down your day.
Many people skip breakfast for several reasons like they don't have time, too much to do before work or they're not hungry.
Registered dietician Pat Baird was here to show us how to make 2013 "the year of the breakfast."
